ARE YOU ELIGIBLE?
Pre-Built plans may be canceled at any time by cancelling your account in your suite. Or you may reach out to your mentor or any support agent with your account email to cancel.
If services are not delivered or deadlines are not met then the client is eligible for a full refund of their payment. Deadlines are set in collaboration with the team+client and are set on project management boards so clients can keep track of development.
All extra services are eligible for a full refund as long as the customer has not accepted delivery. Digital services must be signed and approved by the client to be considered delivered. The customer may refuse delivery and is eligible for a full refund.
